Vendor Opportunities

Are you a Black-owned business, artisan, food truck, or cultural brand looking to connect with hundreds of community members in a powerful, festive, and family-friendly environment?
Then The Big Picnic is where you need to be.
On this historic weekend, we invite vendors like YOU to showcase your products, flavors, creations, and services at a one-of-a-kind celebration of culture, unity, and empowerment.
Why Become a Vendor?
-
High Visibility: Reach a large, diverse crowd of attendees gathered to celebrate the legacy of Marcus Garvey and the strength of the African diaspora.
-
Support a Cause: Align your brand with a movement that uplifts, educates, and empowers Black communities.
-
Sell More: From handcrafted goods to delicious food, The Big Picnic is a perfect opportunity to sell your products in a vibrant and welcoming setting.
-
Live Entertainment: Enjoy great vibes with live music, speakers, games, and family activities that keep the crowd energized and engaged.
All vendors must bring their own tables, tents, and chairs. Power access is limited and must be requested in advance.
Promote With Us! Vendors will be featured on our website and social media platforms leading up to the event. Be sure to send us your logo, business description, and 1 promo photo with your application.
