✅ DO’s – Help Keep the Vibes Positive!
- Respect the Land – Keep Camp Wakanda Forever clean and litter-free. Use bins provided.
- Celebrate with Love – Treat everyone with kindness, patience, and respect.
- Supervise Children – Always know where your little ones are and ensure they are safe.
- Stay Hydrated & Cool – Bring water, wear sunscreen, and take breaks if needed.
- Bring Your Own Stuff (BYOS) – Tents, chairs, coolers, and good energy are welcome.
- Register for Overnight Stay – If staying overnight, check in at the welcome booth and follow site guidelines.
- Follow the Schedule – Respect event timing for speeches, workshops, and performances.
- Support Our Vendors – Shop local and support Black-owned businesses onsite.
- Use Designated Areas – Park in approved areas, and use restrooms and wash stations responsibly.
- Report Emergencies – Notify staff or security immediately if you see any hazards or emergencies.
❌ DON’Ts – Let’s Keep it Safe & Sacred
- No Drugs or Illegal Substances – This is a family event. Let’s keep it clean and legal.
- No Open Fires or Fireworks – For everyone’s safety, open flames and fireworks are not allowed.
- No Violence or Disrespectful Behavior – Disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Unauthorized Sales – Only approved vendors may sell items onsite.
- No Littering – Do not leave trash, food waste, or items behind.
- No Glass Bottles – For safety reasons, use cans or plastic containers.
- No Excessive Noise After Hours – Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM to respect overnight guests.
- No Pets (Unless Approved) – Please leave pets at home unless they are certified service animals.
- No Unauthorized Use of Equipment – Do not tamper with camp equipment or facilities.
- No Harassment of Speakers or Staff – Everyone deserves a safe space to speak and serve.
